Does anybody know if backpack space can be modded with this? I see where the upgrade option is on the last tab, but there is a string there with nothing to edit.

what are specialist points and what do i use them for? I know you cant mod BadAss points with this, but is there a tut that tells you how you can? I searched and can not find.

Not confirmed but I search a few days ago, someone said it may be for future DLC? As far as that goes we will see but maybe someone knows for sure.
