Yeah thats is true. But i think that in mercenaries mode is possible especial edit your skills for unlimited ammo but i really can't confirm this & one of the things that i really will enjoy see for this game is that we finally can edit the weapons that the IA partner use because is a really waste of good weapons.

I dunno if this was asked (at least not that I saw) how do you edit the program so that mercs and stats don't all say 9,999,999 and 9,999?

It is not possible to enter a custom value, sorry. This editor aims for simplicity.
