The set posted by the OP is actually one of the older versions. It has since been updated numerous times and is now fully complete. I've included the updated set below for anyone who wants the full 1000G. Credits included in archive.

There is still a few achievements missing (60gs).
-Hornet's Nest (Kill 4 enemies in less than 1 second using the crossbow)
-The Escapist (After Coldridge prison, elude 5 pursuers at once without killing them or leaving the map)
-Big Boy (Kill a tallboy with only your sword)
-The Art of the Steal (You got the Art Dealer's safe combination for Slackjaw, but robbed the safe first)

Also, the Back Home achievement (grabbed a live grenade and threw it back) is not unlocking.
Tried it 15-20 times, but no achievement.

Appreciate the 500gs I got from the others though.
