Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection Editor?

I've googled and looked around here, but I can't seem to find an editor for Sonic's UGC. All I'm really wanting to edit is money/XP for the Phantasy Star games without having to spend forever in HxD looking for the right values. Is there an editor somewhere, or am I stuck just hex editing?

I've never seen anything along the lines of a save editor for SUGC, and Google isn't finding much either. Your best bet is probably going to be posting in the requests forum. If you've actually had success manually hexing the values for just Phantasy Star itself, make sure to include the pertinent info with your post as it will definitely increase the chances of a trainer getting made.
