loading my savegame with unlimited health aktive destroyed my savegame

i dont want to play it all over

i stole the map and brought it to the indian girl

can anyone uploade a save?

but, not workz for me...
when i activate the trainer the game crashes...
first mission when i have optional to kill the soldiers in boston before i can get the chest..
withouth trainer the game runs good..
