2) select what you want
3) save file
4) load save in game

Notes:
Some of you might get a message saying trail Dxperinece and some will not just continue. I have no idea why that is happening to other and not me. I do know VB took a dump on me today so if anyone has a fix for it please pm me since I am not experiencing that issue I don't know what is wrong.
Troubleshoot:
MIght need to delete Online data file.
Might need vista or higher.
