A Rehash/Resign Tool that can hadle bin files?

Hello, I'm looking for a hash/resign tool that can handle saves like Resident Evil 6 which is a bin file, but the only program that claims to handle it is horizon, but it wants me to pay for a diamond membership just to do it so is there an alternative?

It's only asking you to be a Diamond Member because you are trying to load it into the Resident 6 Editor (which is for Diamond Members only). Instead load it into the "Package Manager" (under the "Tools" tab) and you can handle the bin files from there :P
