It might be because it's windows 8 (I don't think windows 8 is fully released yet but it's on some computers already *Beta*) but yea other than that I don't see why it wouldn't open.

win8 came out about 2 weeks ago.

It's obviously detectable, but what you should use is exprofileeditor it has a option to download Achievement Pictures so that you don't download them all when you sign into XBL

What I usually do is after editing achievements; I remove the internet cable from the xbox, sign in and then go into the actual game so the pictures update. (While your in the game press the guide button and check the achievements and pictures; wait for them to update).

Not opening and when I put Compatibility mode Windows 7 it says this.
Running Windows 8 BTW

You need to install .Net Framework 3.5 or higher. Google search ".net framework 3.5" and install it.
