How to create Advanced Hybrid weapons and Pearlescent Weapons in Borderlands 2

Hey guys, DEFTONED again from 7s and I thought I'd come here and share you some easy, step by step tutorials on how to make some awesome weapons!

A quick question, however. How do I use the item codes shown at the bottem of the photos?

I think perhaps my copy of Gibbeds editor is old, as I tried pasting it in the "Paste Code" option and it didn't do anything.
