is this possible at the very start of the game? does it take a long time to accumulate the $700?

Not working for me.I can change the cap amount but,rather than 2.147.474.647, I get 2,147,479,680 after entering D7DCFF7F. I can't change the current amount to anything without corrupting the save.I have $6000 for wallet size.Any ideas?

Yes it can be done at the start of the game,and accumulating the needed ammount of money doesn't take long.
just go into enemy territory and kill some enemies who are driving around,at some intersections they will keep coming by.

How much money do you have in your wallet,if you can't find the value in hexeditor then you probably don't have enough.
Just get some more money.I'm my tut I said $700 but around $800 will be best.
If you can't find it then gimme your save please and I will take a look.

I have $1138 in wallet (72040000 hex) and only one instance of it.Don't know what to think.
