1k save pops for xbox 360

Im just wondering if anyone knows if using the 1k save pops can get you banned from xbox live. some poeple say that you can not and some say you can.

With the load & pop there's always a risk of getting banned

Using a full 1K load and pop save set while actually connected to Live can almost guarantee you a reset.
