I know brienj is not around but I been having problems recently with the tool. The resigner under specials. Is it best to inject caws you modify into the same slot or an empty slot. Anyone has any advice on this otherwise brienjs tools are always awesome for me

I been having problems too, everytime i go to save the cas file, it tells me that the savedata.dat is in use by another program, thing is the only program i'm using is his wwegames save editor.. i just lost a bunch of content because of it not saving correctly and my live expired so now i'm pretty much screwed till someone can tell me why it's doing this

I just think i figured it out.. think it was cause i wasn't running it as an administrator... Thank god...

My program does NOT put any lock on any file it opens. You have the file open in another program that has a lock on it, whether it be your hex editor, LeFluffie, Modio, your Anti-Virus software, or even Windows Explorer will sometimes lock a file for whatever reason and won't release it until you close Windows Explorer. All I can tell you, is that my program never locks a file, ever, so it is not the reason for your problems.

yeah that's the thing it did it even when i restarted windows.. i ran it under Admin rights and had no problems, so i'm guessing that was the issue lol (i don't have Anti virus on my desktop and the only program i used was horizon and they were all closed out... probably just windows being retarded... just glad i figured it out) I knew it had to be something simple as probably not running with admin rights..
