Is there a definite answer to the "parsing error?" It doesn't seem to care what I do, it simply doesn't extract anything, no matter where I put it or where I extract from.

While I'm not entirely sure what your situation is, one mistake I saw a lot of people make when this was first released was that they weren't making sure that the extension to the file had no spaces in it. Your best bet is to just copy the file to your desktop and try the extractor from there.
