okay I will build the file again and I will check if it is set to work on ANY CPU if it is then it will work. if it is x86 that may be the problem. but the .net framework 4.5 causes problems >.> so downgrading to 4.0 fixes it.
also try disabling your anti-virus that could be causing the problem..
