This isn't a trainer, it's a save editor ;)

I just tested it and it works fine for me, see picture below.

im playin heaven and hell now and the 1 hit kills r fun and i want 2 know if i hit kills can be added 4 the editor and inf health 4 heaven and hell is off -so, can it be added 2 may be

works fine for me only after health mod don't bay, health upgrade because infinity health don't work.
