    Help please.

    I just bought a game on steam called Gmod, and after I got back on it was deleted off my computer and when I got on steam it said I had to re buy it can somebody help me and tell me how I can get it without buying it again?

    If you're using the Steam account that bought the game and if it says that you don't own the game, I suggest you contact Steam right away.

    Yeah, I'd go with Nayroy's suggestion. You should definitely call Valve and try to get either the issue resolved or a refund. Even if the Steam website doesn't remember your purchase history, their financial accounts would definitely keep records of everything that's sold and where the money came from. Also, your own bank records will show that you spent money on their product. To say nothing of the fact that both your ISP and their ISP would have records of your IP address accessing files on their webpage.

    Call their customer support. If you bought the game, then you bought it, and both you and Valve have records of the transaction. I wouldn't worry; Valve tends to be pretty cool about this sort of thing.

    I had this problem a while back with arma2, all you have to do is contact steam support and they will help you out.
