Skyrim question "mod past dragon rising quest"

I'll post the save and console commands if someone claims they can pull it off.. no reason in doing this till i find someone willing to give it a go.. see i'm looking to up my grand soul gem count to 9999 so i can use my new favorite weapon "the autherial staff" its a staff that lets u summon dwemor spiders! problem is it requires a staff, so.. need soul gems, LOTS of them. also my game has a weird glitch stuck on it to where i can't obsorb dragon souls, this bs started when i bought the dawnguard and dragonborn dlc's.. i've tried deleting and re-downloading both dlc's, started new games, ect.. nothing seems to fix this, so i can't progress the main story cause i can't complete the dragon rising quest, also dragons never show up because of this which makes for a really boring game, is it possible to mod a game past a certin quest? and if so could someone possibly do this for me? dragon rising quest complete! i'd be eternally greatful... anyways, let me know something and i'll jot down the save with console commands. thanks.

well getting the dragonstone and all that was fine, no glitches involved in that.. problem occurs when i defeat the first dragon in whiterun, it simply won't obsorb the dragon soul, the save i sent u to mod was way earlier in the game where i haven't even messed with it yet.. perhaps i should have sent the other so you could have seen what i was talking about, the dead dragon stayed out there but i was unable to obsorb the soul and progress, and since its a main story quest i can't progress at all and dragons never show up.. i'll try the save you modded and see if its fixed, thanks homie.. i really owe you. i'll let u know if it worked.

ok, well i couldn't even test it cause the carry weight got screwed up somehow, i literally dropped every single item i had and still couldn't move, any idea what caused that?

wood elf, carry weight was already modded on the save i sent you, perhaps that could have had something to do with it? carry weight was a little too high for my tastes anyway, i usually keep my carry weight on the game between 1000 to 2000 at the very highest, but the guy who modded it just maxed it out and well, everything else was fine so i didn't wanna pester him by asking him to lower it.. not sure it can even be lowered anyway once its modded to a specific number.
