Unlock cars for TDU2?

yeah it sucks that mostly all the good cars are not finished. I'm playing GT5 atm hopefully dlc1 comes out for tdu2 to peek my interest again, if not I think I'm done with it. It's just boring now I have over 100 cars and use not even 10 of them. This game got old ever quick. WTG Atari/Eden WTG.

For future references I will not hex edit anyones gamesaves or provide them with any of my gamesaves because the Mandatory 02 dlc can't be bypassed atm. Thank you.

okay I'm looking for a way to unlock some of the cars in tdu2, like the hot rod. how can I do it? I did the money mod which is awesome but I want to unlock the hot rod and other cars. Or is this a well kept secret?
