Is the save not encrypted? You mean you can just pop it in HxD and find the values in there? :D

Yes. Check what your current xp or salvage is in multiplayer, convert it to hex so you can find it in HxD and change it to whatever you want. The xp to get exactly level 60 is 1771100.
