could you dump memory with PeekPoker or Simpledump++ ?
begin a match then pause the game and dump Start address: 0x46000000 Length:0x01000000

optantic: you think there's any way you can unlock all the character costumes? Not the ones in the Archives (with the Armory Keys), but the 3rd costume.

Or possibly unlock all the Backgrounds, Icons, and Portraits? I have a few gamesaves if you need to look at it. I took a look at the saves for a very long time, and was able to mod it to have 3 stars on all STAR Lab missions, but it was only at "face" value, because it didn't unlock any achievements. It's tough trying to decipher the gamesave, especially the beginning.

btw, are you sure you start from address: 0x46000000 and set length: 0x01000000
cuz the files ends at 0x00910000
