can games in it be modded, I have a 3DS and I don't play much because I can't mod games on it.
I would love to be pointed in the right direction.

as far as i know most of the games are encrypted on the ps vita so until someone figures a way to decrypt them, then no we cant mod ps vita games which sucks cause there are some that i would like to mod like persona 4 golden :(
