If you could have one game remade for the Current/Next Gen console

goldeneye - was remade but it felt like a COD clone (so i would agree with slap-a-hoe)
GTA san andreas - i'll admit needs a hd version maybe a litte extra gameplay co-op or something
psi-ops - i agree it needs to be updated
i would add in second sight as needing a remake psi-ops was a great game but second sight was better
mario RPG - i agree update needed for it
secret of mana - was remade with updated graphics for the DS if i remember right
Killer Instinct - currently in development so has a remake in the the near future
KOTOR - just needs a new game to finish the series
(The Old Republic dosn't count as a game to me as it was a purely online experience)

Super Empire Strikes back which was released for the SNES, fantastic game!

If were talking more than simply converting the graphics to something that would be considered the current standard then i'd go with Xenogears. It had one of the most ambitious stories I've seen in a video game but because of budget issues the second disc is really rushed. I'd love to see the full game done as its creators intended.

Breath of Fire 2 Final Fantasy 4 Illusion of Gaia would also be interesting to see.
