Requesting a trainer for the upcoming Skyrim legendary edition

Good day everyone! now that the final release of skyrim is near (the legendary edition), I would like to ask for a final trainer as well... though I only ask one particular thing: no shout cooldown time, after so many times that i've played skyrim, that kind of thing would definitely make this playthrough really enjoyable

I would do this myself... but regretfully I don't have any knowlegde about this kind of thinqs, so if what I ask is possible, I beg someone do that little favor for me and the many people that had enough of shouting one time each minute

and of course, we have to wait for this edition's release, I just want to know if it is possible to mod the shout cooldown time and make some kind of trainer out of it

I'm sure it's possible. Once the game gets close to being released, I'm sure our trainer devs will be all over it. ;)

cool! I would really love to use something like that, to really make me feel that I'm DRAGONBORN or something like that lol, not just some brute that can occasionally shout
