I don't understand. "Extract the "DATA0.DAT" file from your "BHR_DATA" Save"
when I extract the BHR_DATA how do i extract the DATA0.DAT file from it? can anyone tell me how?

Whatever program you're using, double click the file/game and a menu should pop up. Hit the 'contents' tab and you should see the DATA0.DAT. Right click to extract it, then mod it. Right click and hit replace with the modded file then rehash/resign.

trust me i did look up on the page when i double click the game save it dosent come up with a menu where i can select content is this because i dont have my profile on my usb stick?

Use Horizon. Then you can do it the way he mentioned.
