So it's already more than 24 hours later and I haven't received an email confirming the purchase, this sucks. I'll probably be asking Paypal to refund me in a day or so.

If anyone has trouble getting the codes just call microsoft store support and tell them that you bought it and havent gotten it yet and they will say they are aware of the issue and will pass the case on to the higher ups. Then maybe a day or 2 later you will get an email saying sorry for the inconvenience and they upgraded you to 1600 pts for free.
