I did managed to edit my DP and obtain a 3 million worth of DP. Bought upgrades and move on with the game. In the prison stage, my console suddenly froze. Controller's not working and I have no choice but to shut down my xbox by tapping the power button. Reloading checkpoints will also gives the same results.

Currently I'm replaying back the prison stage and see whether my game still crashes or not..
