Just tested it, looks awesome but how do I re-edit my character?

Not sure about what you need to edit using the save editor but it might be easier to just buy the Art of Metamorphosis from Jonathan in the Encampment. See here: http://dragonsdogma.wikia.com/wiki/Art_of_Metamorphosis. That should let you make all the edits you want, just like for the first time, including name. I've never done it personally though. Hope that helps!

EDIT: He won't be there in the beginning. You have to finish the first main quest to Gran Soren then go back to Encampment and he should be there.
