dmc mod tool, need help!

Can someone PLEASE help me with modding DMC? Everytime I mod it, then rehash and resign and save it to my usb flashdrive, it doesnt change anything in the game. I tried so many times to try and get it to work... Its really starting to upset me.

Do I have to be a horizon diamond member to mod it?

Which mod tool in particular are you using? Also, we don't officially associate with Horizon, so we really can't tell you one way or the other what the best way to use it might be.

Thanks for the response, I finally got it to work. And i was using horizon, and some devil may cry editor on here. dont remember the name.
