Diablo III Editor - BASIC

I saved my game to my USB. Opened it in Horizon and extracted my character file from the heroes folder. Then upon trying to open it in the editor it tells me its invalid. Is there anything else I need to do?

Worked perfect.
Also made a new character for hardcore mode. Opened my save and found new data for the new hardcore character in Heroes file. Decrypted that new data, used this editor on it, encrypted it, put it back into save, R&R'd it, and... BAM! Got a invincible hardcore character for easy level 30 hardcore achievement walkthrough.
Very nice work.
