You copy your save to a USB drive then click on "Open Device". Select your device > Select your profile > Select your save

But I also like to know how I care my save game onlaine for usb, ie I proceed to send this save game onlaine for USB and then load it on gta v onlaine on xbox 360 ?

Make sure you have VC++ 2010 SP1 and .Net Framework 4.0 SP1 or higher.
