Any way I can max out stats on any item to get the most out of it?
For example:
Bul-Kathos's Warrior Blood
°+692-851 Holy Damage
°+8% Damage
°+299 Strength
°+209% Critical Hit Damage
°+26% Damage to Elites enemies
That's what I currently have right now. I'm sitting around 550k Damage right now unbuff. Buffed, around 620k.
Anyways, I've seen guys having around 1k Damage, unbuff. No modded stuff on them. They just-- have top-tiered stuff. I'm asking is if there is any way to max out stats on any items to where it still legit but maxed out.
Everytime I would change anything on any item and save it, the program would tell me an error occured(can't think of it, I saw the same post few pages back).
Thanks!
Also jappi and co. thanks for the wonderful tool!

its not using the editor but if you are good with hex workshop you can do it easily

The B/U part is what i couldn't (and still can't) figure out how to do without using a second program. If i hit the save button it just overwrites the file from wherever it loaded it (ie if i load it from use the button saves it to usb. if i load from pc the button saves to pc). I'm looking for the equivalent of a "save as" button so i can redirect where it's writing the info, but there doesn't seem to be one. Either I'm blind, dumb, or it simply isn't there.

Also can someone explain the difference between the database and the resources to me? I can see items in the resources that are not in my database and therefore can't be added to my inventory. I'm sure I misunderstand their relationship, but is there some way to add an item from the resources into my database?
@danimaru if you want to make a back up of a file before modding just simply right click and copy it and paste it in a different location. i have 3 folders on my desktop for doing this 1 for pre modded files , a second for multiple mods (saves time when trying different weapon effects) and a third for a b/u of the modded file that has what i want in it
after thinking about it curtdawg21 you might be able to change the item using idlehands88 item modding tut to change it to a regular item. have not tested it yet as i just got a new copy of d3
