Sorry should of stated that you need to extract the entire saves content into a folder to mod stuff, but if you download the old "stable" version it has a semi updated item database so you know what you're adding and modding. Also the highest stable Paragon level I've seen is 10000 or most stop at 9990.

Does anyone know the item ID for that pre-order follower pet(Spectral Hound Minion)? I'm able to add Warsong Pennant/Wings of Valor/Blade Wings, want the complete set of pre-order items.Nevermind found it.

Normal, also I added it just like you would for any other wing pre-order item. Maybe you input the wrong item ID? I'm using 'DIII.SaveEdit_1.2.14.99' to add and edit items, as it has a semi updated item database.

does anyone know if you can create legendary items without adding all of the affixes? like creating them to be unidentified? so that way the item identifies with normal/ legit affixes?

Thanks. also i noticed when i make a modded item, you CAN transmog the item, but CAN NOT re roll any of the stats with the mystic.
