So I modded the new Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition save using this Editor. I could only mod Money though, but it did work :D
Seems the Items are setup the same exact way as they are in the normal Diablo III saves lol. They didn't learn :P

this is good news and bad news , good that any current gen d3 ROS player can mod to their hearts content.. bad news next gen guys will get screwed by blizzard with the exporting to the new consoles unless they dont change the save structure ...

For those that want it, this website: http://www.d3head.com/ has all the Item ID's (including the Reaper of Souls items). Just open the weapon info page and in the Address bar is the Item ID :)
