Having recently picked up a second hand copy of ToV and been enjoying it, I thought I'd see if I could
improve upon Nova's editor just for the fun of doing it. As with my previous editors, I have spend hours
of arduous research to ensure that all save modifications are as perfect as they can be.
Tales of Vesperia Complete Save Editor v1.0
The editor handles re-signing and re-hashing and automatically creates backups of any saves you edit
so you don't lose your game if you change your mind later. Kudos to the authors of the existing editor
for giving me the idea as well as the author of X360.dll which I made use of to make this editor work.
Editing Characters and Equipment
Once you open a save you will unlock the tabs allowing you to modify various aspects of your game.
On the Character tabs you can modify the character's stats and equipment. You can select any equipment,
it is not restricted to items in your inventory. Changes to skill points will reset upon level up.
Editing Character Titles
For each character you can select which of their titles you want to be locked and which unlocked by
selecting them and clicking the appropriate button.
Editing Party
The Party tab allows you to edit your party freely, adding and removing characters at will including Flynn,
a special character not normally available. You can also set the party leader who appears in game.
Warning: Adding or removing party members from the game could cause crashes or other problems if the
game expects certain characters to be available.
Inventory Editing
The Inventory tab shows your individual Tools, Main and Sub Weapons, Head and Body Armor, Accessories,
Ingtredients, Materials, Valuables and DLC items. Each item's quantity can be set individually or on mass.
Misc Options
Finally you can modify your currencies as well as overlimit.
I've tried to include as much as possible but hope to add more when I get further in the game.
So there you have it, I hope you enjoy it. If you have any problems please post and/or e-mail me including your save game.
PS The editor requires the .NET Framework 4.0.
