Need for Speed Rivals Modding

There are two main things that are desired to mod: Speed Points (SP) and Rank (if possible).
Both SP and Rank are different for the Cop and the Racer (you can play as either Cop or Racer and SP/Rank is independent and not tied together).

Speed Points are used to purchase weapons and etc for your car, and gaining Rank is used to unlock new, faster cars!

I have included the two files that are in the game save folder. It's curious that the savefile is a text file; the other is PROFILEOPTIONS which I don't think holds any relevant data, but I included it anyway. Here is the data for the game save:

Cop - Rank 2 - Speed Points: 43,540
Racer - Rank 1 - Speed Points: 41,030

I skimmed through the text file to try and find the SP value, but no luck. I used both a Hex Editor, and Text Editor. Remember this is an EA game, so there may be some funny business on it. It's beyond me.
