Hey guys, so for those of you that play Warframe on PC or PS4, I will post what's being discussed in the Design Council. In order to access the Design Council in their forums, you need to have been a Founder (you can no longer get Founder status). The Design Council is used for the Founders to disscuss and then vote on new content for the game. This includes New Warframes, Warframe Powers/Abilities, Weapons, Levels, etc.

TENNO BOW [WEAPON]:

Hello there,
I just finished a new Tenno Bow, and wanted to share some pictures of it:

Here is the final concept that we went with.
The Chomicki brothers did the initial concept of the bow and I did some light modifications from their work.
Then I designed the quiver and arrow from the bow, with Mynki's help:


Here is the greybox model I used ingame to check the silhouette:


Here is the highpoly, which was made in Zbrush:


The lowpoly:


And the final model ingame :


This should come out this week with the Gram reskin!

INFESTED ANCIENTS: SOUND DESIGN POLL

Honorable Council,

The Sound Department is working on giving Infested Ancients a new voice. We need your votes to determine what you think the Infested Ancients sound style should be.

From the desk of the Sound Designers:

"Our inspiration for the new voice of the Infested Ancients has come from many diverse sources. One of these sources comes from a human element that makes them sound even creepier. We are also toying around with an idea for a distinct “call” that they will emit when they first spot you. These guys should stick out in missions and really terrify the Tenno as they fight their way through Infested regions..."
