What'd you change the stats to?

Also - You guys really don't need anything over 100mil tbh in this game lol. Stop giving yourself values that breaks your Save. :P

I just Change Gil to 999.999, nothing else. But when i load my APP.DAT a popup says "Error: Unknown file", but it Shows my actual stats like Gil and ATK...
Does it not work with my version of the game?

Maybe i could send my APP.DAT to you and you try to Change it for me? Strength and Magic 999 and some gil would be nice..!

I hope this gets more updates done to it like when you use the different items editors it will tell you the items real name and or what it doess ie the effects like heals 10% hp or something

You're not supposed to load APP.DAT

You extract your ff13-xx.dat file using Horizon and open THAT file instead with the Save Editor. (Make sure that the file is not in the same location as your Save Editor).

I believe most accessories can be upgraded a 2 times max. So you can get yourself a stronger version if needed.


I'm also looking into locations for 'Other' Items as well. Might have found something, about to test it with Firewyrm Scales.

Worked. (Offset = 233770 in my Save.)

I was able to give myself 99 Firewyrm Scales (Had 31 originally).


This could make it potentially a whole lot easier for some annoying quests. You'd only need to grab one or two items and then just mod the value of it.

After reading his post i took a look at my save in HxD and noticed that all the mats in other items are grouped together, so all you have to do is find the last digit for every item and change it to 63 (in my case i used FF and got 255 of each item)

(this is psn version of the game for ps3, but shoud work with any version)

Anyone have the PS3 offset values for str and mag? I can't use the editor because some value is outside the "max/min" and wanted to edit the str and mag values manually. I've tried to edit a new file and then search for the changes but I couldn't find anything conclusive.


Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
