COD: Ghost Modded lobby... any one doing any?

Tried to get in few at Seven site.. but always full..

Would host my own if my modded console wasn't broken.....lol

I looked around, but I can not find a How-To on hosting a lobby. All I can find are people asking money to join their lobby.

Can you tell me how to host a modded lobby please?

I spent a while in Ghost Extinction offline unlocking everything, without realising that the offline unlocks do not carry over to online Extinction :( I'd like to achievement for finishing Extinction with 4 players, but I don't really want to spend more time in online to unlock everything again. I would like to host my own Extinction lobby using XBS Link and unlock it that way if possible.
