here is a small stool that will allow you to Decrypt/Encrypt all Final Fantasy save games starting from XIII,XIII-2 and XIII-3 (Lightning Returns). The C++ encryption is provided by unknownV2 and ported by me with some adjustments to make it to work with all FFXIII games. Special Thanks to Echelo for the FFXIII-3 encryption key, and ps3 key routine. How to use : Load your extracted savegame (APP.Dat, ff13-0#.dat for FFXIII-1). Encrypt/decrypt your save. PS3 Instructions : 1) Load save DIRECTORY 2) Hit Decypt... 3) Edit save 4) hit Encrypt 5)Profit! You dont need savedata Bruteforcer, this tool does the ps3 hashing/encryption for you. Currently Supported FFXIII Games : 1) FFXIII-1 (PS3 & XBOX360) 2) FFXIII-2 (PS3 & XBOX360) 3) FFXIII-3 (Lightning Returns) (PS3 & XBOX360) Screen : Attachment 13588

I open up the decryptor but it does nothing. It opens a window and then immediattely closes it.

Hey, I'm trying to edit my FF13 save file for ps3 but the Encryptor application wont open properly. I save it. Then try to open it and a window opens up for a split second and then closes. Any suggestions?

Try to use a virtual machine with windows 7, with me it worked.Another thing: many are complaining about the error "decrypted data did not go through the file integrity check", what I did was use the save from slot 1, I was using the save from the MRTC00003-01 directory, I left this aside and got the save from the MRTC00003-00 directory and then it worked! I'm happy because I really wanted to play this game even more in my language ... the Portuguese Brazilian. Hope this helps.
