well maybe im not thinking straight. the container is horizon right?

No the con file is not Horizon. Horizon is a program that will allow you to extract the con file entries...or replace them . If you start Horizon, drag and drop your save into the blank area of Horizon a subprogram will open up. If you'll look at the tabs on the subprogram (package manager I think its called) one of them is labeled contents. Click on that and you'll see the files in the con. Right click on the one you want and you'll have the option to extract it. To replace the original with a modified one, right click on the one you want to replace and choose replace instead of extract.
