Yes, When you get hit after that in regeneration status, you will just keep taking hits.

After completing the game, You unlock EXTRAS -

Invincibility
Infinite Ammo
InstaGib
Mirror Mode
Grayscale Mode
HeadScale modifier
Duke 3D Freeze Ray

Note using these, adds the flag "bHasCheatedThisLevel=True" However editing this with my editor to "False" would tell the flag to gtfo.

If that's related to Multiplayer then no, This is for campaign only.
