That's because of From Software's Server check to see if your save has been modded. There is no bypass other then playing Offline and without the Title Update.

Are you 100% sure about that? Cause i was actualy able to play after the 1.03 calibration somehow but as son as a quit the game and back in the main menu, the save file got corrupted as usual

He is not saying you cant load up the save after 1.03 just that it alters how it saves after causing the corruption on the modded save making it useless cause it wont save properly.
