Darksoul II Save Editor Souls

So does anybody else have the issue of when you edit your stats, it changes your soul level accordingly? It looks like From Software may have linked stats and souls level together somehow.

I cant open my save i got a pop up saying that "GAME_000" isn't a file name.
Is there another file i should use like "USER_DATA01"?

hey idle and amany ...
used the souls editor and leveld up accordingly by just using the souls through the lady in majula..i maxed it out at lv838 with all stats to 99
now my question is can the items in my inventory be hex edited as a couple of items that i want to make to 99 divine bleesing,titanite shards etc...those important ones...
if so do i need to extract userdata_01 from game0000
then load it up checksum fixer
then hex it, save then replace back
then rehash/resign...do u think it would work..
or are u already making the items editor just like the first darksouls se

This is some fantastic work.
