Dark Souls 2 NG+ with all Items

On many of the spells, it seems like there is incorrect numbers for the uses? How did you get the numbers for them? For example, 01D92CD0 (Soul Arrow) is 28 when it should be 1E.

How did you guys even get it to work?!??? i rehashed&resigned with my console id and nothing! is this a different region? i have the America version.

I used Horizon and changed ALL 3 id's ... works like a charm , also when i put it on my usb stick i left it there too , then used idle's USER_DATA15 for stamina

This save starts you off at the bonfire in NG just rest at it and start your 2nd journey into DS2.
It has nearly every item in the game and it has enough Souls to get to about 175.

Hey is there a way to clean up the inventory?
because i have like a lot of soul gems in my inventory and other items all 99
and i cannot pick up anything because it tells me my inventory is full.
