PS3 Slim (320GB) or PS3 Super Slim (500GB) ?

I'm looking to buy a PS3 and I've been reading so many mixed reviews that I don't know what to buy.

There's the new Super Slim 500 GB, or the Slim 320 GB. A lot people recommend the Slim over Super Slim, but then there's also a lot of people that mention the Super Slim having some better features, etc.

What do you guys think I should get?

Price Range: Super Slim 500 GB = 235~269 euros
Price Range: Slim 320 GB = 199 euros

i had the slim before i got the super slim for the bigger hdd, it also has better cooling but they both seemed about the same, although it has been awhile since i had the slim, other then that the only other major difference is the way you insert the game disc

the super slim opens from the top, while the slim you insert the game disc from the side, i like the super slim better since the tray opens that way i don't have to worry about the disc getting stuck and i don't have to turn on the system to get the disc out

on the slim the ps3 will turn on when you try to insert or eject the game disc(as for it getting stuck it never did on me), all in all i was satisfied with both but would recommend the super slim since its the latest ps3 version and newer is always better IMO lol

id go with the super slim but thats bc i have a 500gb regular ps3 lol

Alright I bought the Super Slim version along with an Optical Cable to connect to my Home Cinema set for sound. Cost me 230 euro total~ Sweet deal.

Gonna hook it up in a bit and see how it goes :D

Also got Tales of Xilia (Day 1 Edition), should be arriving in the mail tomorrow or wednesday, can't wait~

if something happens to the harddrive though in the super slim it is gonna be harder to find a replacement drive since it seems skinnier than a regular laptop hard drive

True, they use 7.5mm HDDs instead of the usual 9.5mm (2.5 inch) found commonly in laptops. But the slot itself is big enough for the regular 2.5" HDDs. So it shouldn't be a huge problem to replace the drive if necessary.
