The reason why you get this error message "Not a valid Remnant Save!" is because you are trying to load the package instead of the CON file.

Please start The Last Remnant Editor and load your full gamesave.

Make a backup of your gamesave before using the save editor.

Sorry, but I don't understand. What CON file? I have one RushGame/Save directory in Documents and Settings (WinXP btw), and there are only files like the one I attached. What should I open?

Well, it's not that bad ;)
That CE table is pretty limited, though. I was able to edit basic stats, like strength, on my own, but can't make those changes permanent...

A little update to everyone following this thread/editor.

I have restarted my offset research for The Last Remnant. Once done, you will be able to do the following:

• Add any playable unique leader, generic leader or soldier to your party
• Change the accessories of any playable character in your party
• Edit the arts of any playable character in your party

It's going to take some time to complete, though, as there are hundreds of playable characters in the game.



My progress so far. x)


Anyway...if someone wouldn't mind making a new gamesave of this game and uploading it here for me to test on, I would really appreciate it. :D

Editing Arts, Hp, AP, ap+,strenght,etc without removing the Hp check,Ap check, ap+ check, etc is pointless because it will reset when changing characters wpn/accessory or after 1 battle
