Are people really blaming you for bans?

I'm not blaming you Jappi. I'm just saying that banning people with gear they shouldn't have because they aren't far enough is a joke since most of the time the gear you get isn't going to be good, it's probably going to just be rare, A.K.A. you need to spend hours trying to farm for it which, in my opinion, is just another way for FromSoft to spend less time developing a good game and just taking the easy way out.

What's the difference between A. Getting to a point in the game, finding a body, and picking up the armor set, and B. Killing a specific mob, usually only 1-2 each time, hoping to get that .5-1% drop rate for a single piece of the armor, using Bonfire ascetics, and repeating the process? ANSWER- 4 Hours I don't want to spend getting it because it sucks anyway! This is just an easy way for From to make us spend more time on their game because they know people are going to freak out about not having the full set of a single piece of armor (because Fashion Souls). And this is with A LOT of the armor sets! Catarina, Aurous, Mad Warrior, Shadow, etc. It's lazy and it wastes everybody's time!

Meanwhile, we have the infinite health guru's out there who are unkillable or the infinite stamina guru's who stun-lock you and you don't even have a chance because they don't stop swinging! At least the armors/weapons we get are legitimate and part of the game! Sure, we may not get them legitimately, but we can just as easily be killed by someone who DID get it legitimately. Hell, half the time the armor I was getting wasn't even good! it was all about the Fashion Souls and made me look good instead of being optimized.

Look, I could understand that they ban players from PVP, because no one likes to be WOG spammed, or Havelyned or Havelmaged by people who didn't bother even learning where the items are, because most of those players are total garbage anyway, and don't have any PVP honour, But is taking co-op away, is taking away the online play between your friends, which is supposed to be part of the game to all players, necessary?

I agree completely about the honor thing in PVP very few people are honorable in PvP i dont know how many times I have went into PvP battle and do a duel bow to be courteous and they come and back stab me while I cannot move like the coward they are. So annoying and its usually that person wearing full Havel's or something that knows he sucks at the game so he has to hide behind havels armor. It disgusts me to see how many full Havels people actually PvP in. I honestly can understand using havels in PvE because there are some enemies that can be a bitch if you get stun locked because of low poise. But in PvP c'mon. Its not necessary.

On a side note though, has anyone else seen how in Iron Keep first bonfire people are starting to host PvP arenas via Prism stones and summon people to fight each other? I think this shows that the Dark Souls community as a whole is a pretty awesome community it is just sad that there are just as many douches as there are cool people in the community. But i guess thats with any game so what a gunna do.

What is kinda shitty in my opinion isn't that I got banned, because I definitely cheated lol.

It's the fact that they are banning people for having modded items.

So if some one takes an item from someone giving them them the item they get banned even if they didn't know it.

They posted saying "don't take candy from strangers"

    Kinda gay....

I'll be playing through play throughs with my banned character and I'll be good lol sucks I can't try pvp now though

I'm not destroying my Soul Memory; I'm doing the opposite. If I did it in the editor and got my math wrong, say, making my level higher than what's possible within my set Soul Memory, then that's a problem. But if I do it this way, my Soul Memory and stats are in line with my level for sure.

How that's more alarming than anything else is beyond me.

How do you know how their system works? I haven't seen any official statement yet.

    Where?
man you are rigth! i was doing it all wrong. thank you for making me realize how to level up the proper way. Adding the souls directly just destroy my character because say im level 720 and only have 100,000 sm, that would no make any sense, but adding the souls directly from soul boses that would make much more sense and from software will not know that the souls in my memory have been added via defeted soul boses. Thanks man, maybe that is the reazon i got banned the first time. better deleated the save i made today with a new xbox live account and start again before i get ban agained! thanks!!! (sry for my english im mexican :P )

Hi! I have an issue with items.
Everytime I attempt to add an item to my characters inventory, it looks like it works fine in the editor, however when I load my save file onmy xbox, the item that I need, which is a stack of Soul of a Great Hero, does not appear. What do i do?
