Although there is an editor in Modio, it is only capable of modding the stats of Charlie, and not any of the other characters. Is there any chance you would know of another working modding tool for it?

If fellow editor bushel is perfect except when you hit RB and full health changes are disabled and only applies to the character of charlie.
