Save editor confusion???

So I am brand new to this website and whole save editor thing and to be honest I have no clue what is going on. I have just downloaded Jappi's save editor for Darksouls, at least I believe I have, anyways I do not understand how to use it at all. I am use windows 8.1. If anyone could please help me I would be very grateful.

Save editor is a modding tool/application/program that can be used to mod (modify) your save/savegame/gamesave/savedata.

You can use your USB flash drive as an xbox360 storage device and store up data such as profiles, avatars, gamesaves, etc.

In order to get your save/savegame/gamesave/savedata or whatever you call it from your USB stick/USB flash drive. you will need Horizon

Once the save is on your pc, use the save editor to mod/modify the save.
Click the save button when your done modding your save.
Put the modded/modified save back to your usb with horizon and load it up in the game.

Don't forget, always make a backup before modding your save!

Note: Jappi's latest tools doesn't require horizon.
