Can some one please tell me if its possible to import this savegame to playstation4 diablo3 ros with a usb stick, and how if possible? Im new to this and i cant find any other threds about transfering a diablo 3 ps3 savegame from pc to ps4, i know its a ps3 modded save but it should work on ps4 aswell or? i would really appreciate an explanation if some one know how to use this savegame and how i import it on my ps4 if possible.

You can convert it with Bruteforce. I don't have a link but there are tutorials available, just use Google.
